A look back at the 1st edition of our cuistax race!

Last weekend, Van Mieghem Logistics organised an internal event unlike any other: the first edition of its relay cuistax race, bringing together our staff and their families in a friendly and sporting atmosphere.

A moment to reconnect… differently

In a professional environment often driven by deadlines, it is essential to create spaces where colleagues can meet outside the usual work setting.

Sport as a driver of collaboration

Behind the fun of the race lay the full value of teamwork: coordination, strategy and mutual support, just as in our professional activities.

A unifying event for staff and their families

By including relatives in this day, we wanted to recognise our staff's commitment and offer them quality time.

A valuable HR lever

Such initiatives actively contribute to well-being at work, team motivation and company culture.

A first edition calling for more!

Following the success of this day, further editions will follow. Thank you all for your enthusiastic participation!
